As we reflect on the year gone by, we want provide a heartfelt shout-out to the DAS, specifically the 39th Danubia-Adria Symposium on Advances in Experimental Mechanics (39th DAS 2023) in Siófok, Hungary.

At DAS we had the opportunity to share our insights and best practices on Agile methodologies in rapid prototyping projects. If you're curious to delve into our findings, take a look at the papers we have presented:

"Optimizing for Adoption in Disruptive Innovation": This paper provides a strategic project planning perspective, introducing a meticulous two-phase approach. We emphasized the importance of validating the initial value proposition and addressing critical technical challenges before diving into the second, more cost-intensive phase of designing for market readiness.

"Agile Methods for Rapid Prototyping": This complementary paper delves into our Agile approach for discovering optimal designs for specific applications. It sheds light on My Tool iT's nimble methodology, designed to streamline the rapid prototyping process.

A massive thanks to this year's DAS Team for orchestrating an outstanding conference. Special gratitude to Attila Kossa for being a wonderful host. We appreciate the opportunity to contribute and collaborate at such a nice event in the most picturesque setting.
